Your arguments are off topic and meant to be inflammatory.
I have email from Wouxun stating all their UG model radios are built
around the same core of components. Some have different firmware
but the radios are all the same. I was just having this dialog with someone
from CAP over their NTIA requirements for part 90. Now, instead of trying
to incite a fight on this list on something you know nothing about, be a good
little boy and keep quiet.

No, those are two different radios.

No - V2 offers 2.5 KHz stepping as opposed to the 5 KHz in the original version, among 
other important differences.
