[chirp_users] UV-B5 Settings issue

"Exception running RadioJob: Value 108.1 not in range 65.0-108.0"

Delete that 108.1 or put a preset? within the radio's range. Didn't know you could
program presets but I use an older version of Chirp 3 and without being a 
programmer that's the first thing that came to mind.
