[chirp_users] Moderation

Looking at this I guess an apology wouldn't go amiss. Dan works hard and is
unpaid for all intents and purpose for his software and shouldn't put up
with the crap that he often gets. It's a thankless task to develop software
and it's often without reward and people need to understand that it's very
good value for the money they pay for it (and a little thank you goes a
long way).
