[chirp_users] Interface for Yaesu 8800

A level shifter is required for RS-232. I used a homebrew copy 
of the Icom OPC-478 cable. This link has a schematic looks like 
the one I used. I can't find the original link at the moment. Of 
course you need to change the connector to a 6 pin mini din.
I use mine with several Icoms and the 8800.
