[chirp_users] TYT TH-UV3R Cable

As many others may have discovered, the "stock" programming cable does 
not work with Chirp. The program acts like it's downloading from the 
radio, I get the progress bar, etc, but then there is nothing in Chirp. 
Just a blank page in Chirp for my radio.

I know the problem lies with the Prolific chipset.

So I'm curious, what are other users who use this radio use for a cable?
