[chirp_users] Loading repeater info for Central Florida

Many thanks OM. I feel like I am shooting in the dark here though.
DLL issues. I know what a DLL is but I have no idea how to fix this error.

It may not be an error with Chirp, but Chirp is the only program having his failure.

I guess I can search. One day there will be some time to actually operate radios, but in the meantime all of this wonderful technology is so busy making our lives "easier." You can see why some guys love the old tube rigs. Far less aggravation.
