[chirp_users] Reading!

Hi

I have had in the past subscribed to lists as a digest reader. You can
reply to a post, you just have to be aware that it must be edited during
you response to cut out all that is not part of your response. That is was
the post was about no editing. In addition you should edit the subject to
indicate what the response pertains to also. Some newbies don't get it.

At least that is how I took the post. I hope the offender got the point.
