[chirp_users] Icom T70 to MacBook not communicating

Greetings:
I don't have any ICOM experience, but I know that with my Yaseu I have to push the PTT switch to send the radio info to CHIRP. I then have to push the MONITOR switch to allow CHIRP to load back into the radio. This flumoxed me for a while, as my Baofeng just sits there and communicates directly from the CHIRP commands.
