[chirp_users] My friends 5R+

My friend found the problem and has his fix and the chirp software is working good.  He deleted the original download of chirp and did the daily thing.  No go.  Then he deleted the download for the cable drivers and went to the prolific site and down loaded them again and it worked.  so this one was a driver problem.  thanks everyone.
