[chirp_users] Baofeng Models and Cables

As far as I know...they are all cosmetic changes...

The current firmware version is BFB297...

They all should be identical in features and freq range...

Some come with a cable the plus version has a larger battery...you can put the larger battery on later if you wish...etc...
