[chirp_users] CHIRP and the Boafeng UV-5RA

I have two exactly the same UV5RA's. I bought them together on 
Amazon.com. Chirp will download from both radios just fine, but on one I 
get an error code "incompatible firmware version bfb299 bfb297" . I have 
checked the firmware on both units it is BFB297.
