[chirp_users] CHIRP and the Boafeng UV-5RA

Yes i have two radios of that type, one works, the other only half works 
with Chirp. However the one that works works very well. You must check 
your firmware version 1st, but the Chirp build at the address I am going 
to provide here is for a wide range of firmware. You must really follow
