[chirp_users] New Daily Build

Tom and Shawn, thanks for your suggestions in getting Chirp going on my PC.
As a last resort, I copied the Chirp folder from the APPDATA location from
my laptop and pasted the whole folder over the same folder on the desktop
and guess what? It loaded! I imagine it had something to do with the
previously empty config file since the debug file is overwritten when Chirp
loads, but anyway, its now working!

In the same folder as the debug log, do you see a chirp.config file?

if so, what are the contents?
