[chirp_users] New Daily Build

Thanks. I've tried both current files now (.exe and .zip 20130111), plus
various older versions, and I cannot get Chirp to run on my desktop PC. I
can run Chirp without any problems on my laptop and my netbook, but on the
desktop (windows 7 Pro 32 bit) when I try to run either the installed
version or the stand-alone version and I've tried a number of builds, it
appears to start to load, then after a few seconds the little Windows
spinning circle thingy just disappears. Nothing shows in Task Manager. What
could be causing this?

installer.exe will install Chirp like any other program.

win32.zip is what some people call a "standalone app." Just run it, no
installation needed.
