[chirp_users] chirp_users 930.700

Well, there is a service freqeunce that I could hear, in 442.830Mhz. I am not sure they are the same, since it seamns to be a kind custom service with a central. Something like a taxi service, or delivery, I don't know. I will monitoting them both to see if they are the same service, and if it is, case solved, loool
