This is for the recently added Baofeng  F-11 support.
When making changes to either the tone mode
or the tone frequency this error box pops up

Unable to make changes to this model

Sometimes the application will freeze requiring 
a restart. This is the Mac OS-X port. 
The data source is RepeaterBook and I'm trying
to add tone encode to one UHF and one VHF
repeater that require tone encode. 

Would someone add this to the issues list, I never
did figure out how to do that.
