[chirp_users] Baofeng UV-5R Scanning

I'm aware of and use the Scanning feature on the Baofeng UV-5R and was wondering if a Priority Scan can be set & if not could that feature be programmed in the Skip column of Chirp with the Skip feature or elsewhere?
