[chirp_users] Baofeng BF-666

Actually I might hold off.  I need to find a true Part 95 type accepted
radio for my super sparse mostly simplex GMRS comms.  The radio police now
know I had planned to use on of these on GMRS.  I might also think of using
a SSB CB modded to work in the 10 meter CW portion!  They are really
crackin down on that too I hear!
