[chirp_users] Chirp and radio parameters not agreeing

It shouldn't matter if you are in VFO or MR mode when using CHIRP to read
from or write to your radio.

Would you please save these differing downloads and email them to me along
with a list of the frequencies that are in the radio?

Also do you have the Baofeng software installed? If you do, email me the
.dat file saved from the radio too.
