[chirp_users] Chirp and radio parameters not agreeing

I also have a Baofeng UV-5RA and have so far not noticed any problems 
using it with Chirp, however I haven't got into CTCSS or anything other 
than simplex frequencies.

Which parameters don't match?

When you say "upload the parameters to chirp" presumably you mean radio 
 > chirp, not the other way around?
