[chirp_users] Chirp and radio parameters not agreeing

Had you downloaded from the UV5RA first, made modifications
to that downloaded image and
then uploaded the modified image? What parameters didn't match?
Might give the programmers some insight as to what is going on. 
I don't recognize your problem, I've not ever had problems with my
Baofeng UV5 and Chirp.

Hi,
I have a Baofeng UV5RA.  When I uploaded the parameters to chirp they 
did not match those displayed on the radio itself.
