[chirp_users] compiling for Vinux?

A couple of questions.

what developer packages do I need to have installed to compile the daily source? Also, Is it screen reader compatible using ORCA (on Vinux 4.x)? I ran into some problems trying to compile a daily source build about 2 weeks ago and never did get back around to it. SO, these questions are rather important to me as I am a blind ham and screen reader user.

Additionally, THe program needs to be made accessible on OS X. It is only partially so )the programming window shows a blank scroll area to voiceover and there doesn't appear to be any untreatable controls there). Just a suggestion.
