[chirp_users] roger beep Question

When I  put on the Roger Beep on, any channel, it then goes on all the channels correct ??
 
Can the roger beep be assigned to only one channel ??
 
Can the the MDC 1200 be software be programmed in the software, or is that in the rom ??
