[chirp_users] Chirp LiveCD

I have updated the Chirp LiveCD with today's daily (7Apr13).  As with previous updates, the new daily is the only change so if you are using a LiveUSB and have run the Chirp Updater, you already have the latest version.

Please note that future releases of the LiveCD will be much slower than once a month.  I am moving to a country where the internet speed is dial-up at best, so uploads will be extremely difficult.  To mitigate this, please create a bootable USB (LiveUSB) if you plan to use it more than once in a great while.  Instructions are located in the wiki section of the Chirp LiveCD website.
