[chirp_users] New Daily Build

[Build System]

Greetings,

A new daily build of CHIRP is available.  This includes changes made
directly to the tree yesterday, and may include additional features,
bug fixes, and/or bugs.  If you are interested in trying it, grab it

The contributor credits have always listed folks "with significant
contributions". The definition of "significant" in this context has changed
since the practice began. Review of the ohloh stats, there is an obvious
cut line for "significant":

This patch updates the list in the order of total commits on the above
list.
