[chirp_users] mac osx (lion) daily build chirp and rr database access missing ?suds?

hi folks:

after filling out login form and zipcode, receive the following error:

Suds library required for RadioReference.com import.
> Try installing your distribution's python-suds package.


i checked with some of the bug pages and found one user who provided approx
10-12 steps to fix this. unsure if his workaround is the accepted way to do
it though.

just wondering if someone can point me to an 'approved' way to install this
library.

also, i also noticed today that installing the kk7ds runtime left the /opt
directory hanging out in the breeze in that it is not hidden like the rest
of the / folders. i did a 'sudo chflags hidden /opt' to hide it, but i'm
unsure of the ramifications of doing that.
