[chirp_users] Copy Paste Function

Am I wrong or is there a copy & paste function?  Also, when I downloaded my original load to the chirp software the PL tones that I used in the other software transferred over fine, but when I add frequencies using the chirp software for my UV5RC, I input the PL tones, but after I hit OK, they go back to the default. How to fix this?
