[chirp_users] Yaesu 857D reprogramming.

  I reset my Yaesu 857D to factory specs and tried to reload the the 
memories from a saved backup.but do not see the send-receive buttons 
that I used to see when uploading or downloading memories. Anybody 
smarter than me got any ideas? Ed-KB3WRX
