[chirp_users] New Daily Build

Greetings,

A new daily build of CHIRP is available.  This includes changes made
directly to the tree yesterday, and may include additional features,
bug fixes, and/or bugs.  If you are interested in trying it, grab it
from the following location:

Note that at least one rebranded version of the radio has been reported
not to work with this just yet. Some minimal testing has been done
by someone with one of these devices and it looks like this support works
without any trouble, and at least isn't harmful.
