[chirp_users] Can't hit repeater(s)?

The 146.670 repeater would be -.600 or 146.070 transmit.
The 147.135 repeater would be +.600 or 147.735 transmit.
To access the repeaters, you will also need to add the proper CTCSS tones.
Those you will need to look up.
