[chirp_users] Alinco DJ596/DJ296

Hey,

  I was able to get chirp to read my DJ596 and 296 for that matter but for the life of me, I can't get chirp to write any changes to the rig's memory.
It will attempt the write but the completion bar just flashes.  I've tried it with the rig in the CLONE mode and just simply attached.  Any other tricks to try?  Like I said, it reads the rig just fine.  Won't write.
