[Build System]

Greetings,

A new daily build of CHIRP is available.  This includes changes made
directly to the tree yesterday, and may include additional features,
bug fixes, and/or bugs.  If you are interested in trying it, grab it

In order to do this, I had to add a per-radio "valid tones" list because
apparently older radios such as the G707 and V7A didn't support the full
range of tone values (like some older Alincos).
