[chirp_users] Need Windows test help

To close out a thread, it was operator error that prevented display of
station name on my 2200. No bug to be opened or killed, just a noob.
Thanks for the program and the support; I look forward to learning with it.

Perhaps CHIRP is setting the names, but not the flag to have them displayed
by default? Try adjusting the ANM setting in the menu. If so, open a bug on
the website and I'll get it fixed.
