[chirp_users] Windows XP Help

Bill, did you install the needed drivers? sounds like a driver problem to me

I'm getting an XP machine back in service to do all of my radio 
programming and when I install Chirp and try to run it I get an error 
Application cannot run because application configuration is incorrect. I 
tried uninstalling, downloading again and reinstalling again with the 
same results.

Any ideas anyone?
