Dan,

I started off using the same combination of buttons that I used for the G4HFQ software.

So far it appears that I have not hit the right combination.

You know that it needs more than just to be in clone mode right? You
need to press the magic button on the radio that starts it dumping its
image to the computer *after* you click OK on CHIRP.
