[chirp_users] New Daily Build

Greetings,

A new daily build of CHIRP is available.  This includes changes made
directly to the tree yesterday, and may include additional features,
bug fixes, and/or bugs.  If you are interested in trying it, grab it
from the following location:

Note that this includes a dirty hack to detect the model based on the
GPS-A destination, which is changeable by the user. Most people will not
screw with that and thus I think this is okay for now. When we get a rich
container file format this won't be a problem.
