[chirp_users] Howto install daily builds?

With Linux, open in home directory:

gzip -cd chirp-daily-XXX | tar xfv -

I then move my old saved rig files to the new directory or one could just
save the rig files in a separate file and always save to that separate file.  When happy with the new build, delete the old one.
