This change to use hispeed cloning on some Icoms is pretty cool and
makes a huge difference in communicating with the newer radios that have
much larger memories. I would definitely appreciate some feedback here
about how this works (or doesn't) for you, as well as any other models
that CHIRP supports that should have their hispeed flag enabled.
