[chirp_users] New Daily Build

You don't need to wait...just download the most recent daily build and 
have at it!

Unlike the major software companies, who release software upgrades every 
third blue moon, volunteer teams who do projects like CHIRP will release 
a new build whenever a few new changes are made--usually someone's 
waiting for those changes. So there's no danger in downloading and 
installing the newest build. Tomorrow's build may have changes that 
don't pertain to the UV-5R--remember, CHIRP supports a number of 
different radios. If that's the case, don't worry about it. If the build 
you have works for your rig, then you're good to go. No need to upgrade 
unless you see that a new build has an irresistible new feature.
