[chirp_users] An early Christmas present for CHIRP users

Answered my own question.

Again following Bob's instructions except with a 1GB stick (all I 
have as the stores are closed today) I was able to create a bootable 
CHIRP USB stick that works with my UV-R5 and Wouxun KG-UV6. Just like 
that no special tricks.
