[chirp_users] An early Christmas present for CHIRP users

Hi Hugh,

Well, the live CD is a linux distribution. So when you use it, you will be
a linux user.

You have to boot off of the CD. Your computer, if it isn't setup that way
already, will have to have the CD/DVD drive set in the BIOS to be listed as
a boot device ahead of the hard drive. Then when you boot off of the CD,
your PC operating system or files will not be used.
