[chirp_users] Can't upload

Lots of programs for configuring radios require you to download from your radio before they will let you write to it.

It sounds like you are trying to upload a Vertex image to a Baofeng. This won't work. Your Baofeng is not a Vertex.

 

1. Download from your UV5.

2. Type or import any channels you want on the UV5.

3. Upload to UV5.
