[chirp_users] Chirp and Ubuntu 10.04

I can't imaging anything that would cause a difference between the way
the linux and windows
versions would handle this, as the differences are only in packaging.
Best report this to Dan,
and let him work it. I can help if it turns out to be OS-dependent.
