Some issues have been raised since my last call for a release. Those 
have been fixed and things have been pretty quiet lately. Unless someone 
speaks up, I'm going to see about freezing and posting a release very soon.

I'm also cooking up a change to the website and tracker, to merge the 
two and make dealing with the spam issues a lot easier.
