A new daily build of CHIRP is available.  This includes changes made
directly to the tree yesterday, and may include additional features,
bug fixes, and/or bugs.  If you are interested in trying it, grab it

Make CSV driver not throw exceptions on load errors, but rather collect them in a list.
Make the do_open() routine in mainapp report those as soft errors to the UI, and log
detailed information in the debug log.  This should be reported as a list to the user,
but this at least helps usability at the moment.
