 Further testing shows an interesting thing.
 First when I go to File>Save as, it doesn't give me any options for
 choosing file type. Also if I try to force an extension like .img it gives
 me the error "file name not valid"
 Second, I tried "exporting" the file as a .chirp file, it gives me the
 error "there was an error during export: Unable to calculate the required
 tuning step for 852.18700"
