[chirp_users] [PATCH 1/2] allow flashing by block numbers on THD-72

Hi Vernon,

Just so you know, we don't send patches to the users mailing list, 
because the people there are extremely non-technical.

Until about four months ago, I was the sole contributor, so this wasn't 
a problem.  There are a few of us now, but the others just send patches 
directly to me.

I'm not sure it's worth a devel list for patches, but if you think it's 
worthwhile I can certainly set one up.  What do you think?
