[chirp_users] Can't open file 8900 img

I looked at the file you sent me. You exported a CSV file as a .img. So, 
chirp looks at the .img extension and tries to interpret it as an image, 
when in fact it's a .csv file.

After you downloaded your radio, use File->Save to save a .img file. 
Edit that, and then upload the changes back to the radio. You only need 
to do File->Export if you want to edit the contents in another program, 
Like Excel.
