  I downloaded from the radio and changed a couple frequencies from wide 
to narrow. I then uploaded the file. The upload did not change the 
setting to narrow. I downloaded the radio again and the file showed the 
original file without the changes. I am using XP latest version and a 
usb cable (generic). It had no effect on the power settings. Steve KB1CHU
