 Yes, this does appear to be fixed, both csv and xml files now contain
 memory 128.

 However several notes:

 1 - in the export dialog box, the numbers in the new location column all
 appear to be highlighted except for the last one, 128.

 2 - There is a message printed: "Location 128 empty or at limit of
 destination radio".

 3 - The chirp native xml between the two versions seems to have lost the
 white space that was being used to indent/show the structure.  The file
 size went from 17303 to 14005, was this intention or not?

 4 - Probably a matter for a separate ticket, Exporting gives the message
 "One or more of the radios doesn't support banks".  The wouxun doesn't
 support banks as far as I know, though I do see chirp printed "Bank
 supported: True" and it does show a bank column.
